Thank You for Your Prayers!!

Mom was released from the hospital this afternoon! We are back in Estes and she is resting. There really has been a great improvement in the past 24 hours!

We have shifted gears from spending all of our time at the hospital to now taking care of Mom and the daily needs of the resort, so our updates will be limited, until Mom is feeling better and ready to share.

Please continue your prayers, as pneumonia is still a possibility, but the doctor felt like she would rest much better here, than at the hospital. It was so good to see her bright smile today when we picked her up!

Praise be to God!

Donna, I know you are glad to have the worst behind you and be back at home at the Idlewilde, where I am sure, due to your return, it is an especially beautiful day. It sounds as if you are doing great now and are well on the road to recovery. With all the help you are getting from you wonderful family you should be able to rest and recuperate. As much as we would like to stop by and visit you we know you need uninterrupted rest to give your body time to heal. Therefore, we will keep tracking you progress on the blog and continue to keep you in our prayers.

Donna,
Just heard of your journey with cancer this past Sunday. Understand your surgery went well and you are back in the beautiful Rocky Mountains at Idlewilde.

As I read your journey, your faith was apparent and the blessings and strength you have received from the Lord innumerable already.

I am praying that your recovery will be complete and know with your faith and concern for others, God will continue to help and bless you. You are in my prayers every day. Looking forward to seeing your friendly face when we once again arrive at Idlewilde in Aug.

In Christian Love,
